There are many different stakeholders who contribute to the overall success and growth of any given business or organization. The University of Oklahoma, for example, has several stakeholders who have varying levels of involvement with the institution.
For this next project involving OU Recruitment Services, this is who I have in mind to target:
Female and male transfer students from community college or some other four-year university.
There are different types of handouts, and they're utilized to spread information and images about a certain entity. For this particular stakeholder, I believe that a more personal approach is beneficial. As I mentioned in my segmenting stakeholders matrix, newer generations rely on technology heavily. However, the power of a handwritten note or postcard is even more meaningful.
I'd like to create something that invites prospective transfer students to learn more about their potential new home because it's not about how or where you start. Rather, it's about where you finish. The goal is to make prospective transfers feel welcome while providing information about the opportunity to find a new community away from home.
